About this quiz
Some people have never once read the last page of a book first. Others have pretended to be on a phone call to dodge a neighbor, eaten a fallen fry without blinking, and sung at full volume at a red light, all in the same week. The Innocence Index tells you which kind of person you are.
It's a simple checklist: you go through 50 small, everyday mischiefs and tick every one you have ever done. Each tick takes two points off a perfect 100. The higher your final score, the more angelic you are. The lower it goes, the better your stories probably are.
We wrote every item ourselves and kept it clean on purpose. There is nothing here about romance, drinking, drugs or anything you wouldn't say at a family dinner. It is about the small, very human stuff of grown-up life: replying-all by accident, re-gifting, blaming the dog, raiding the office fridge. That makes it a good one to take with friends, coworkers or family and compare scores.
Nothing you tick leaves your browser. We do not save your answers, there is no sign-up, and the score is calculated right on your device. When you are done you can download a share card or send the link to friends to see who is the real chaos goblin of the group.
Questions people ask
How is the Innocence Index scored?
There are 50 items. You start at 100 and lose 2 points for every item you tick, so your score is always between 0 and 100. Higher means more innocent.
Is this an adult or "spicy" test?
No. It is a clean, original checklist about harmless everyday mischief, like re-gifting or hiding in the bathroom at a party. There are no romance, dating, alcohol or drug items.
Are my answers saved anywhere?
No. The score is worked out in your browser and is not sent to us or anyone else. Close the tab and your ticks are gone.
